Art Trip

What a great day put we had on Monday learning about portraits at the Suter Art Gallery and sculptures at the Nelson Museum. We looked out how portraits tell a story about the character and learnt about what sculptures represent. Thanks to all the parents who were able to help on the day.

Creek Visit

On Thursday we visited the Berriman's creek, to see what we could find there. As part of our inquiry topic this term 'Wet Feet', based on our waterways, we are exploring many questions for our projects. We were surprised how many freshwater creatures we discovered and now have even more questions to explore. Thanks Berrimans for letting us borrow your awesome creek.
